Mr. Varinder Datta was born, brought up and educated at Chandigarh. He is an MBA with specialization in Marketing. He has more than two decades of advertising and marketing experience.

He joined Life Insurance Corporation of India as Development Officer at Ludhiana in 1991.

Working his way upwards, he carved a niche for himself in the field of Insurance.

He is a recipient of various recognitions and awards at different fora in LIC

He has a dedicated and professionally groomed team of Insurance advisors drawn from different segments. His team includes entrepreneurs, Chartered Accountants, Engineers, Industrialists and full time wealth managers.

More than 10 advisors of his team have been designated as members of Chairman’s Club, Zonal Manager’s Club, Divisional Manager’s Club, Branch Manager’s Club.

Mr. Varinder Datta believes that the knowledge society has begun to take shape and the survival of professional today is based upon thorough and deep knowledge of the chosen field. Which is why he ensures regular update of the knowledge of his team members through classroom training.

He has trained himself to be mentor, coach, trainer and motivational speaker. He has been faculty at various leadership and training camps.
